无锡威孚中意齿轮有限责任公司创立于2008年2月，是一家专业制造高精度齿轮的技术企业。是由无锡威孚精密机械制造有限公司及自然人共同出资成立。公司环境优美，地理位置十分优越，毗邻G2高速、京沪高铁和硕放机场。

公司拥有世界先进得生产检测设备和高效严谨的管理团队，年生产齿轮70万件以上，齿轮产品主要用于汽车变速箱、风电设备、工程机械、减速机、船舶、铁路机车等领域，公司新能源变速箱产品已列入多家主机厂和电机电控客户的供应商名录，并已开始批量供货。

2019年公司成功研发生产国内领先时速160km的电动摩托车减速箱（峰值功率21KW，峰值转速11000rpm），已与多家主机厂完成开发协议，并通过工厂验收。2020年公司将相继推出大功率中置电摩减速箱，其机械传动效率在97%以上。同时，公司按工业4.0要求新建工厂，投入全新生产线和试验测试设备。

公司拥有60多项专利，并通过了IATF16949:2016，ISO9001:2015质量管理体系及ISO14001:2015环境管理体系认证。

公司一期投入7000多万元，现拥有德国进口霍夫勒HELIX700、400、NILES400、800磨齿机，日本进口数控双轴齿轮端面外圆磨床等高精度加工设备。2018年，公司新建一万五千平米产研基地，扩大研发、生产、仓储的综合能力，中意人正在不断追求中，获得自身的不断超越，在中国制造2025的大潮中披荆斩棘，踏浪前行。

The gear products are mainly used in automobile gearbox, wind power equipment, construction machinery, reducer, ship, railway locomotive and other fields. In 2019, the company successfully developed and produced the domestic leading speed reducer for electric motorcycle(peak power 21 kw, peak speed 11000rpm), and has completed the development agreement with several main engine manufacturers and passed the factory acceptance. In 2020, the company will successively launch high-power middle mounted motorized reduction gearbox, whose mechanical transmission efficiency is more than 97%.
